Our manufacturing facilities enable us to provide choice in size, construction, colour, functionality, physical properties and printing specification — and to pass the savings of buying from source on to you.

Custom fabricating
Sizing, seaming, taping and grommeting to the dimensions of the job. Curtains in any length; tarps cut to specific sizes; panels seamed together for a fit in any structure.

Coating & lamination
A full range of coated and laminated PVCs and woven polyethylene. Vinyl coated fabrics engineered for durability, dimensional stability, pliability in extreme temperatures and less drag in handling.

Weaving & extrusion
High-tenacity polyethylene tapes woven into fabric, then laminated on both sides for lightweight strength. UV stabilisers on tapes and lamination for service life outdoors.

Printing & branding
Multicolour printing on bags and covers, printed mini and maxi labels, and custom imprinting so packaging carries your brand to the shelf.

Finishing & hardware
Grommets, D-rings, pipe loops, hook and loop fasteners, aluminium and plastic eyelets at three-foot intervals, reinforced rope edging, drawstrings and closure devices.

Quality assurance
In-house inspection programmes and in-line statistical methods. Control begins at raw material procurement and ends with packing designed so goods arrive intact.
